Triangular Grain Gate

The triangular grain door is mainly composed of door frame, door leaf, grain discharge port, handwheel locking device, and safety climbing ladder. This door is mainly used for tall flat warehouses with a grain storage height of less than 8 meters. Advantages: reasonable design, safe and environmentally friendly, beautiful appearance, easy to use. Door frame: GB9787 hot-rolled equal-angle steel is selected, installed on the inside of the opening of the warehouse door, welded with the embedded parts in the wall or fixed with expansion bolts. Door leaf: mainly composed of bottom fan, top fan and middle fan, door leaf skeleton is welded by GB6728-2002 cold-formed rectangular steel, door leaf panel adopts GB/T708-88 high-quality cold plate, and 50mm thick flame-retardant polystyrene foam board is used as thermal insulation material in the door leaf. When installing, there is a reasonable gap between the fans, and the gap is lapped with strip steel or rectangular steel pipe to prevent the outflow of grain. The gap between the bottom fan and the ground and between the top fan and the grain brim in the warehouse is sealed with "EPDM" rubber strip. Grain opening: 2 or 4 grain outlets are designed on the lower two sets of door leaves, and when you need to go out of the warehouse, you can lift the insert plate of the grain mouth. The bottom two doors can be removed to facilitate grain clearance. Handwheel locking device: This design is to close and lock the grain door before entering the grain, so that the grain door forms a whole, effectively enhances the pressure resistance and stability of the grain door, and ensures the safety of the grain door itself and the staff. Safety ladder: On the side of the food gate, a safety ladder is designed and installed, which can facilitate the staff to close or open the food barrier, and in special cases, cooperate with the safety rope, which can protect the staff.
