1. Structure and performance characteristics
The curved grain retaining door developed by our company, the door frame material is selected according to GB9787 hot-rolled equal-angle steel, the skeleton material is selected according to GB707 cold-formed rectangular tube, the panel is selected according to GB709 hot-rolled steel plate, the vertical shaft and sleeve are selected from GB702 hot-rolled round steel, and the sealing strip is made of EPDM.
2. Installation requirements
During installation, the door frame is welded to the embedded parts of the foundation, adjusted to a horizontal and vertical position, and the door shaft assembly is welded to the door frame. The lower section door should be installed first, and then the middle section door and the upper section door should be installed. Each door switch should be flexible and have a uniform gap.
3. Use performance
When the door leaf is closed, the surrounding sealing strip is close to the door frame angle steel, and there are sealing strip gap gaskets in the middle of the two door leaves and in the middle of each section, so that the door leaf and the frame form a closed whole and block the circulation of indoor and outdoor air.
When the door is opened, the weight of each section is borne by the door shaft assembly of this section, which rotates flexibly.
4. Precautions
When closing the door, first close the right door of the section, then close the left door of the section, and fix it with bolts, then close the right door leaf of the middle section, then close the left door leaf of the middle section and fix it with a tightening bolt, and finally close the left door of the section and fix it with a tightening bolt.
