The air cushion conveyor is widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, ports, transportation, hydroelectricity chemical industry, grain and oil departments for loading, unloading, transferring or piling various loose materials or packaged goods at normal temperature with a density of 50~2500Kg/m3. The air cushion conveyor has unparalleled advantages over ordinary belt conveyors, and can be arranged in a horizontal or form according to process requirements, or in a combination of convex, concave and straight sections. The maximum particle size of the material that the conveyor can handle depends the belt width, belt speed, trough angle and inclination, as well as the frequency of large particles. The operating temperature range of the air cushion conveyor is -5~ 40℃, and the temperature of the material being conveyed depends on the type of conveyor belt. For ordinary conveyor belts, the material temperature is no higher than 60℃, while heat-resistant rubber belts can handle materials with temperatures up to 120℃. When conveying acidic, alkaline oily materials or materials with organic solvent properties, oil-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant rubber belts or plastic belts should be used.

The screw conveyor, also known as the auger, is a device that uses the rotation of the screw blade to push bulk materials to the conveying. It is suitable for horizontal or inclined (with an inclination angle of less than 20°) conveying of powdery, granular, or small-sized materials, such as grain, oil bran, and feed. It is not suitable for conveying large-sized, strongly corrosive, easily broken, or easily adhesiverous materials.
