Sealed and insulated windows

BC type grain silo sealing insulation window is a new product developed according to the warehouse sealing requirements. Main part: the window frame is made of high-quality section steel, the window sash frame is one-time forming hot-dip galvanized channel steel, the window sash panel is a high-quality composite board integrating prepainted steel plate and flame retardant insulation material, and the sealing strip is a special rubber strip made of EPDM. The product has reasonable design, good performance and durability. Tested by the Technical Supervision Bureau of Shandong Province, the air tightness meets the air tightness requirements of 500 seconds under the half-life of 60Pa pressure of the National Grain Reserve Administration.

According to different ways of use, insulation windows are mainly divided into three categories:

1. Manual category: divided into straight open type, turbine worm type. In both cases, the window is opened and closed on the ground by driving the linkage mechanism through a joystick or a hand-cranked turbine. It is simple to operate, reliable and easy to maintain.

2. Electric type: divided into up-opening type and side-opening type. Its electric actuators are mounted above or to the side of the window, and the control buttons are installed in a location that is easy for employees to operate. The opening and closing of the window is completed by the employee activating the control button, controlling the special electric actuator, and driving the linkage mechanism on the window. Electric sealing insulation window is the replacement of ordinary insulation window, the product design reasonable, reliable performance, easy operation, and intelligent ventilation system connection to achieve remote control, is to achieve safe grain storage, the construction of modern grain depot one of the symbols.

3. Hand self-integration class: mainly side-opening type. It is a new product specially designed according to the needs of users. Its electronic controls and actuators are installed in locations that are easy for employees to operate. It can be operated manually or electrically, or connected with an intelligent ventilation system for remote control, making it a practical and versatile product.
