Product Description
1. Structure and performance characteristics
The "one-line" steel baffle developed by the company is very suitable for flat warehouses with a width of more than 3 meters. According to GB6728-86, the skeleton material is selected for cold-formed hollow section steel for structure. The veneer is galvanized sheet or colored steel plate, built-in 5cm thick polystyrene foam board, and the panel is riveted to the skeleton with Φ4×8 rivets.
2. Installation and use
The "one-line" steel grain board is suitable for bungalow warehouses with a door opening width of more than 3 meters. The length of each piece is about 200mm wider than the hole opening, and as the grain enters the warehouse, it is stacked block by block, and each group has a small door with a plug plate for grain storage.
3. Precautions
When the "one-line" steel grain flap is stored, the whole group should be stacked separately and parallel and cannot be placed with other groups of grain baffles, and the storage site should be dry, no corrosive gas to the metal, and has anti-corrosion and moisture-proof conditions.
