TDSE Series Single Roller Belt Conveyor
Product Description
The bearing surface of the single idler belt conveyor adopts the "dumbbell type single idler" structure instead of the traditional groove type three idler structure. The idler and the conveyor belt are sealed in the middle section box to run, which can meet the outdoor transportation of bulk materials with sealing requirements. The return belt adopts the air chamber structure to carry the load with low friction resistance. The single idler bearing is arranged outside the box for easy maintenance and replacement. If necessary, plow-type multi-point unloader can be set at any position in the middle of the conveyor to realize multi-point unloading in the middle of the belt conveyor. This type of belt conveyor has the characteristics of large conveying capacity, good sealing, energy saving and environmental protection, easy maintenance, multi-point unloading, tail self-cleaning and no material residue.
