TDQS series air cushion conveyor
Product Description
The air cushion belt conveyor is a belt conveyor with a thin air film supporting the conveyor belt and the material on it. The air cushion is used to replace the traditional roller structure to support the conveyor belt and its upper material. This structure changes the traditional structure of the drum friction into fluid friction, significantly reducing the friction resistance. The air cushion belt conveyor produced by our company has two structural forms, namely: TDQS type double air cushion belt conveyor and TDQD type single air cushion belt conveyor. This type of belt conveyor has the characteristics of light weight, low energy consumption, long service life, low maintenance cost, small starting power, large conveying output, stable and reliable operation, and easy sealing.
