Shandong Changjiang Grain and Oil Storage Machinery Co., Ltd. debuts at the 7th China Grain Trade Fair, empowering food security with innovative technology

From July 12th to 14th, 2025, the 7th China Grain Trading Conference was grandly opened in Shenyang, Liaoning. Shandong Changjiang Grain and Oil Storage Machinery Co., Ltd. was invited to participate in the exhibition, comprehensively showcasing the company's innovative achievements in grain storage and logistics system upgrading, low-temperature grain storage technology, and farmer grain storage.  Themed "Global Food Security: Uniting Forces, Integrating Production and Marketing for Development", this conference is hosted by the Grain Industry Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the Grain Trading Coordination Center of the National Food and Material Reserve Administration. Our company aligns closely with the main themes of "scientific and technological innovation" and "green development" presented at the conference, and has highlighted three core solutions:

Shallow silo storage and logistics conveying system
Through VR technology combined with dynamic model holographic display, the fully enclosed, fully continuous, and fully mechanized process flow of the shallow silo lifting and conveying system is vividly presented: the system adopts fully automated control, significantly reducing the dust spillage rate and grain loss rate, empowering grain depots with cost reduction and efficiency improvement through the intensive advantage of "small footprint, large storage capacity";

Green low-temperature grain storage system
By implementing measures such as thermal insulation for both interior and exterior walls, using magnesium oxide board for suspended ceilings inside the warehouse, implementing overhead insulation for the roof, and upgrading the sealing of doors and windows, a constant low temperature environment is achieved within the warehouse. This significantly inhibits the breeding of mold and insects, thereby maintaining the quality of the stored grain;

Smart grain storage and drying silo
The digital air-drying grain storage solution, which eliminates the need for drying, utilizes low-energy technology to maintain the quality of the grain, and is easy and safe to operate, providing inclusive technical support for rural revitalization.
